Have you had a glass of guava juice today? Get your self a glass of guava juice, enjoy the delicious taste and get the benefits for your health! 

Every time I go to the market, I always take time to buy one kilo of red guavas. If lucky enough, I can get ripe guava with its tender meat, delicious fragrant, and sweet taste. I mostly like guava when it's juiced. Simply add a little sugar and cold water, the resulted guava juice is very tasty and refreshing especially in hot weather. Don't forget to filter out the hard seeds, in order to get the most delicious drinks and health benefits. 

Benefits of Guava Juice 

Guava is very high in nutrients and their contribution is very essential for the human body. Guava can be also be eaten as a whole fruit, but then depending on individuals taste as some peel of the skin and de-seed it as well. Children might not like it as well, so the best option is to intake guava juice. 

Guava juice is known to be delicious and children even drink it easily due to the color of the juice is pink mostly, while the other juice do not tend to attract the children. There are many health benefits of guava juice:

  • The guava juice helps in giving relief for cold and cough, by reducing the mucus, loosening the cough. 
  • The guava juice also helps to take care of the skin. 
  • Rich in fiber help in normalizing the digestive system. 
  • Regular use of guava juice helps to fight cancer cells.
  • The regular intake of guava juice will also help to prevent diseases such as; heart disease, constipation (very common in young children), cancer, Alzheimer’s and there are many more diseases. 
  • The guava juice also helps to reduce weight. 
  • It is very good for diabetic patients.
  • The guava juice helps in cleansing the body. 
  • Guava juice also helps in dengue fever.

Vitamins in guava juice are Vitamin C & Vitamin E. Vitamin C in the guava juice helps to fight against infection in the body and improve the immune system. While the Vitamin E plays a very vital role in reducing the bad cholesterol levels and boosting, the good cholesterol level and eliminates the cancer cells. 

Vitamin A & B are also to be found in the guava juice. The guava juice is to be known very beneficial for the body and tasty at the same time, so intake of one glass will be very beneficial in the long term. Ladies should intake it as well to maintain their beauty, as it help them maintain their weight and skin beauty simultaneously.
