Cooking Tender Meats Tips

This time I want to share a tips about how to cook tender meats. It is important to know by mothers or girls who want to learn cooking, because it is hard to cook meats (beef and goats) due to their hard and wiry meat textures.

I learned about the tips when I saw an ad on TV about how to cook a delicious meat stew with soy sauce. The chef explains the steps as follows:

First of all, choose good meats and cut into the desired shape. The meats don't have to be washed in order not to smell because of bacterial contamination in water.

Then, soak the meats in grated pineapple fruit for five minutes so they become tender. Do not soak too long since the meats can be too soft.

Finally, cook the meats with seasonings you like. The chef exemplifies with red onion, garlic, and sweet soy sauce. It looks so delicious.

Not too bad, now I know how to cook tender and delicious meats. All this time, I spent a long time boiling meats. Using a pressure cooker does shorten the cooking time, but it is a hassle and I often can not predict the exact the cooking time. Now, I can immediately put into practice these tips and make meat dishes quickly and practically.
